•  March 28, 2011:  Commencing Monday, March 28, 2011 registrations will be accepted by email, fax, phone, or in person at Sorrento Centre. It is recommended you do not register by mail because classes fill up quickly and you might lose out that way.

•  Non-Refundable $150 Deposit:  A non-refundable $150 deposit is required when registering. You may register for more than one person, provided you are prepared to pay the $150 deposit for each. The deposit is not processed until you are confirmed in a class (after April 28th).

•  April 28, 2011:  The “early enrolment cut-off date” is 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 28th. On April 29th registrations received to date will be reviewed to determine class enrolment. If any class is over-registered, a draw will occur to determine who will be enrolled and who will be put on a waiting list in the order drawn. If people on the waiting list have indicated a “2nd Choice” class, their name will go into the draw for that class as well. Once class lists have been confirmed, Sorrento Centre will look at accommodation requests. If any type of accommodation is overbooked, a draw will be made to determine whose requests can be confirmed. If Sorrento Centre cannot provide you with your choice of accommodation, they will contact you immediately so that you can seek other accommodation and/or be putting on a waiting list. A list of other accommodation available in the area is included on the last page of our Prospectus. Every effort will be made to follow this process; however, some consideration must be given to people travelling together to enable participation and maximize School enrolment. Students will be confirmed on a first-come, first-serve basis after April 28th. Space permitting, registrations will be accepted until September 18th.
