HOW TO REGISTER

• March 26, 2012: Sorrento Centre will begin accepting Registration Forms by email, fax, phone, or in person.  A $100 non- refundable deposit is required when registering but the deposit will not be processed until you are confirmed in a class of your choice, but in any event, not sooner than May 26th.  Should your chosen class be cancelled by Shuswap Carver Society, and you do not wish to enroll in any of the other classes, the deposit will be refunded in full.  You may register more than one person when contacting Sorrento Centre, provided you are prepared to pay the $100 deposit for each.

• April 20, 2012:  Register by 4:00 p.m. to get your name into the “Early Bird Draw”.  On April 21st  registrations received to date will be reviewed and, if any class has more than 10 registrations, a draw will occur to determine who will be enrolled and who will be put on a waiting list.  If people on the waiting list have indicated a “2nd” and “3rd” choice” class, their name will go  into the draw for those classes as well.   You will be contacted if space is not available in your1st choice class before being placed in a 2nd choice class.   Once class lists have been determined, Sorrento Centre will look at accommodation requests.  If any type of accommodation is overbooked, a draw will be made to determine whose requests can be confirmed.  If Sorrento Centre cannot provide you with your choice of accommodation, they will contact you immediately so that you can seek other accommodation and/or be put on their waiting list.  Every effort will be made to follow this process; however, some consideration must be given to people travelling together to enable participation and maximize School enrolment.  

Space permitting, registrations will continue to be accepted until August 31st.
